The rooms are clean and comfortable, with nice views overlooking a lake. The staff is friendly and welcoming, providing good service throughout the stay. The breakfast selection is varied, although the hot food could have been hotter. it offers good value for money and has blackout curtains for a peaceful night's sleep.

The bar lacks a variety of beer options and does not have any local ales on tap.

Great location for exploring the city and visiting friends in Cherry Hinton. All the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. the shower was a good size and the breakfast had a wide choice of food and was of good quality. a positive experience and we would definitely stay here again.

The fire alarm went off early in the morning and the situation was poorly handled. There were only two staff members present who didn't seem to know how to handle the situation or communicate with the guests.

Our room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The new hotel extension did not disturb our stay. The staff at reception and during breakfast were friendly and helpful. The grab and go breakfast exceeded our expectations. The location was convenient with ample parking. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in the area.
